Council collab. Notes of floral, earthy funk, rustic bread, and river rock combine with a bright acidity & effervescence
In December of 2016, we had the pleasure of hosting our friends from Council Brewing to brew a beer inspired by one of Jeffrey Crane’s experiments. Together, we brewed an American Adjunct-Lager which underwent a clean fermentation in stainless, followed by twelve months in oak barrels with our collective mixed cultures. These two divergent paths came together to compose a unique, cohesive experience. Notes of floral, earthy funk, rustic bread, and river rock combine with a bright acidity & effervescence to create an extraordinarily refreshing, yet complex beer perfect for summer days.
