Beer Description
A collaboration Brew for a Cause with Rehoboth Inspired Chef Initiative (RICI). The brewers, using cheese cloth bags, added orange zest, Grand Guayacan extra dark cocoa powder and dried Guajillo pepper to the boil, creating a sweet and spicy combination. Fresh orange juice added to the fermentation tanks added depth to the brew.
