Beer Description
Hop-forward IIPA using Otto Supreme and Equinox hops with a sweet cherry flavor.
Prunus Avium – the scientific name for ‘sweet cherry/ bird cherry’. Very appropriate for a hop flavor forward IIPA brewed by Lark with a sweet cherry flavor at the forefront.
Part of our experimental hop series- ‘Otto Supreme’ hops where used in the boil, and a 1 ounce per gallon dry hopping ratio of Equinox hops, This ‘candied fruit’ flavor profile balances a light bitterness with massive hop flavor. Enjoy the fruitness!
