Open air is a blend of saison fermented outdoors in a coolship and spontaneous farmhouse ale aged on estate cherries and raspberries. Produced in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery. 100% Maine ingredients. Aged for 18 months. Pinkish-orange in color and has bright notes of raspberries, peaches, and spice with a light acidity and dry finish.
