Beer Description
2 Batches of Russian Imperial Stout – each brewed with oats and chocolate were each aged in different barrels. The first batch was aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. The 2nd was aged in Bourbon Barrels that we previously aged Vermont Maple Syrup in. These batches were blended for a bourbon, thick , sweet, maple experience! Let it warm to 50* before drinking to appreciate all the different flavors!
