Beer Description
Bavarian lager yeast, same Pilsner, Vienna, & Acidulated malts, and the same crisp Saaz & Pacifica hops, all while adding the stylistically appropriate mouth feel and a touch yeasty fruitiness.
We love Gus and Shanna. If you鈥檝e ever met them, you know why. So even though they took their sweet-ass time getting their new spot open, we were honored to collaborate on a clean, crisp lager to help celebrate Fischman鈥檚 reboot at the Six Corners. Now, here鈥檚 the Zwickel version.
FischMan drew its inspiration from the Vienna lagers, traditional Pilsners, and fizzy Mexican imports we all love. Just as the new Fischman Public House isn鈥檛 a carbon copy of the Jefferson Park precursor, the Zwickel likewise honors the original with the same Bavarian lager yeast, same Pilsner, Vienna, & Acidulated malts, and the same crisp Saaz & Pacifica hops, all while adding the stylistically appropriate mouth feel and a touch yeasty fruitiness
