A little sweet and amazingly smooth for the style, this beer is hopped with Citra, Columbus and Mosaic for a juicy dry hopped finish.
Rice is commonly only used in brewing to make light American adjunct lagers. We wanted to use it in a different way. New Mother Nature is a Double IPA that uses both flaked rice and rice sugar. A little sweet and amazingly smooth for the style, this beer is hopped with Citra, Columbus and Mosaic for a juicy dry hopped finish.
