Beer Description
An extremely unusual beer, born with the ambition to give elegance and drinkability to a super IPA. Hop is the dominant ingredient, but the main process is wood fermentation in Calvados barrels from Domaine Dupont (our cider producer) 6 months another part in big 30hl wooden vats for 4 months. The beer results quite full-bodied but at the same time extraordinary fresh, thanks to the citrus and resinous notes.
