A complex dessert – rich chocolate, with some dark chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips, fudge, lightly burnt brownies – lightly burnt and roasty overall – mocha – some caramel and burnt caramel – some lightly sweet waffle cone, yes, with some caramelized sugar, toffee – the salted caramel appears in the taste, leaving a nice level of salt that works surprisingly well – lactose sugar is well-restrained but adds some milky sweetness – vanilla helps round things out – rich and sweet, but balanced by the lightly burnt, lightly roasty malts
