Beer Description
To their mead, they have added the juice of fresh lemons. The result is a sweet mead that finishes with a kiss of lemony goodness.
Our “Lemon ‘n Honey” beverage is not a true Mead since it contains lemon juice. (Actually a Melomel.) The base honey is a sweet clover honey which is lighter than the wildflower Mead. A squeeze of Lemon in the mix gives a refreshing finish to this Mead which leaves you wanting more. It is a great summertime drink, very refreshing. Wonderful chilled or over ice. Lemon bars make a great accompaniment to the Lemon ‘n Honey.
