Beer Description
The base is a rye IPA with a generous amount of late addition hops for flavor and aroma. We then added fresh, local wild flower honey followed by local Temple oranges. The result is the beer we are calling Desert Inn Rye IPA, named after the historic stop on Route 60 in Yeehaw Junction. The iconic hotel and bar is located about half way between Due South and Cigar City.
