Beer Description
Wild Farmhouse w/ Kansas Peaches – After pulling Contrails w/ Peaches off of last years fruit, we were left with a beautiful slurry of peaches full of yeast and bacteria, both wild and from our fouder, which on its own tasted incredible, but promised more magic… So we pitched a base of Belgian pilsner malt, spelt, and raw Kansas wheat and allowed it to ferment and age for 7 months. The results are an extremely complex beer, with rich, jammy peach notes throughout.
