Beer Description
Original nose dominated by cumin and kirsch. Note tart / citrus keys, smoke, chocolate (noir!) and a strange lawyer print!
Not really the kind of experience that commonly found in beer.
Also original palate, the attack is on the tangy lime and agave and spicy on the cumin and pepper. Chocolate and roasted notes then appear accompanied by a beautiful wooded drought. The finish is strong on black bread, coffee, wood and freshness reminiscent of tequila.
