Beer Description
Powerful nose of lemon-lime pie and fresh herbs. The mouth is sturdy, with the appearance of a lemon yoghurt infused with passion fruit.
Capitaine Simcoe is a “SMaSH Sour” consisting of a single malt, the Pearl, and a single hop, the Simcoe. It undergoes from one end to the other a particular treatment: surissement with the pasting, hopping mixed with the boiling, followed by a virulent attack of Simcoe with raw. The result: a blonde with green reflections, powerful nose of lemon-lime pie and fresh herbs. The mouth is sturdy, with the appearance of a lemon yoghurt infused with passion fruit, leaving everything to a dry finish and all fruit. Great refreshment.
