Beer Description
Saturday Transfer is a New England IPA brewed and double dry hopped with a bunch of Mosaic. Expect a soft mouthfeel and bitterness and tropical hop aroma.
In honor of Cleveland Beer Week, we’ve brewed this beer to recognize the hard work and long hours that brewers put in to keep everyone supplied with the good stuff. Sometimes, that means your manager walks by on a Friday afternoon, looks at a giant fermenter, and says, “Yeah, that’ll need to get transferred to the brite tank on… Saturday.” “You mean tomorrow?” “Yeah, I guess that is tomorrow.”
