Heliotropism is a guiding force of this collaboration as we explore our desires to grow around new flavors and styles towards the ever changing light of craft beer. Heliotropia Bound is our first endeavor at creating a tart IPA focussing highly on citrus flavors. Brewed with an assortment of wheats and oats. Plethorically hopped with an array of newer American varietals.
