Beer Description
Our golden sour, left to rest for an average of 12-14 months, bottle conditioned for 4+ months has finally settled into its own. With a focus on both refreshing tart acidity and deep fruit tones culminating into something that is just as easily consuming of all the attention in the room, and then forgotten about when shared with good company.
We taste deep citrus oranges, tart nectarine, white grape, and a delicate lactic lemon like acidity with hints of rustic brett character.
