Beer Description
The first of the Farmhouse Select Series: Original β91. Itβs a throwback to our early days in cider making. The year was 1991. A winemaker began tinkering with apples in a Proctorsville, Vermont garage. It gave birth to an original American hard cider. Woodchuck Hard Cider. Made with only fresh local Vermont apples and premium Belgian beer yeast, Original β91 has a natural cloudiness and pleasing feel on the palate. Every expertly crafted small batch pairs well with artisanal cheeses and pork dishes.
