Beer Description
Our fall saison brewed with toasted buckwheat, earl grey tea and orange zest. Fermented in stainless with our house saison yeast, refermented in the bottle with brettanomyces.
The 2018 version of L’automne was brewed with buckwheat, earl grey tea & orange peel, fermented with our house saison yeast strain, and refermented in the bottle with a blend of Brettanomyces. The result is a rustic, earthy & floral beer with notes of orange, hay, & black tea and a complex malt profile.
