Beer Description
An extremely dry, almost champagne like IPA hopped with Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc. Adding the enzyme glucoamylase to the fermenter results in a beer with zero residual sugar and a lingering dryness. Aroma of gooseberry, white grapes, and orange zest. Highly aromatic and with prickly carbonation.
