Beer Description
This is the first in a new series of fresh dry-hopped saisons. Brewed and fermented in stainless with our house saison yeast blend. After full attenuation, it is transferred into conditioning onto a healthy amount of Loral and Motueku hops. Loral, being somewhat of a throwback to traditional nobel hops in aromatics with notes of earthiness and citrus, combined with New Zealand grown Motueka hops imparting more lemon/lime and tropical fruit notes. These characteristics mingle with the classic Belgian phenolics and make this low ABV saison a summer delight.
