Beer Description
‘WINTER ION’ is an imperial (9.1%) Chocolate Belgian White brewed with cocoa powder, coriander & orange peel and then aged over cocoa nibs. Pouring hazy straw in color, it’s a beautiful, smooth balanced brew that highlights the chocolate without being overpowering. With the addition of real ingredients earlier in the brewing process, you’ll find the chocolate flavors to be more muted and less sweet than some seasonal favorites that may be blended with syrups and flavorings towards the end.
