At a time when beer experimentation is everywhere, let’s journey back to our roots. Yankee IPA is an old school American IPA, the style that introduced “the weird” to the yellow, fizzy US beer market.
Assertively dry hopped with some of the original piney, citrusy bad boys of American-grown-hops – Cascade, Centennial and Chinook – Yankee lands a five-feathered flavor punch.
Fans of the original Yankee Buzzard IPA will be impressed by Yankee’s tuned up taste. We changed up the kettle hops, lowered the ABV and gave the beer a personality to match its new, fresh taste.
