Aged Bourbon – Roasted Hazelnuts – Melted Caramel
Sleepy Bear is a complex, malt driven imperial stout utilizing a blend of 15 different malts including crystal, rye, oats and wheat malts. Aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 11 months and blended young sleepy bear to achieve a smooth, rich flavor paired with aged bourbon undertones.
