Beer Description
This roaring Imperial Milk Stout is a well-armored version of the Marzilla we released last winter, boasting more alcohol, more vanilla, and more Marz. We used a Bourbon tincture to extract the vanilla from Madagascar vanilla beans, then blended that in with this hefty stout base, adding just enough lactose to balance it out without imparting too much additional sweetness. Imagine a chocolate eclair with a vanilla custard center tossed into a blender with just a splash of bourbon.
