Beer Description
Brewed with similar malts & hops as Loose Cannon, but with additions of oats and wheat. Fermented with Manor Hill’s house yeast and aggressively dry-hopped.
As much a reunion as a collaboration, this beer was brewed with former Heavy Seas brewer — and current Manor Hill Head Brewer — Kurt Krol. This hazy IPA is brewed with similar malts & hops as Loose Cannon, but with big additions of oats and wheat. Fermented with Manor Hill’s house yeast strain and aggressively dry-hopped, it’s a modern interpretation of a Heavy Seas standard.
