Ripley is a clean, dry-finishing rye pale ale generously hopped with Cascade and 7 C’s varieties, which lend lingering citrus and piney aromas.
When you brew a badass beer, you need to find a name that does it justice. So, we looked to one of our favorite badasses: Ellen Ripley. Made with 20% rye malt to give it a subtle spiciness, Ripley is a clean, dry-finishing rye pale ale generously hopped with Cascade and 7 C’s varieties, which lend lingering citrus and piney aromas. Our chests are bursting with pride over this extra-terrestrially delicious brew!
