This allows the full bodied malt profile to perfectly balance the hops, which is not something found in your typical IPA.
Voo Ka Ray (aka Vieux Carre’) IPA is a balanced yet Hop-Centric Imperial IPA that avoids the extra bitterness found in many IPAs with similar hop levels & IBUs by using a ‘Late Hopping’ brewing technique, which allows for the flavor and aroma of the hops to shine without being overpowered by bitterness, you have to drink it to believe it!
