Beer Description
Why play it subtle?! We are shuing up the feng and you’re all invited to the show! The approach here is focus on the hoppy heart of the design diffused with funky style ornamentation. Blend of three base malts, flaked oats and flaked rye finished with Norwegian farmhouse yeast to turn up the fruity volume. Notes of citrus peel, grassy-citrus, yuzu, crisp pear and a hint of pineapple.
