Beer Description
A single hop, Barbe Rouge, hoppy saison fermented with Omega Yeast Labs’ Saisonstein’s Monster (a hybrid French/Belgian yeast). Using as much hops as an IPA, but with restrained bitterness. Notes of kumquats, red berries, and a subtle spiciness. Unique as it is drinkable.
