Plumy-O’s is our latest fruited Berliner Weisse! This is our house Berliner that has been conditioned on 1/2lb per gallon of Plums. We also added a bit of lactose and a load of fresh cinnamon sticks! With an aroma of plums and cinnamon rupturing from your glass, the flavor is even more daunting. A tart plum hits you first, followed by a flavor of cereal grains with a cinnamon and light creamy finish. This one tastes like the best sour and fruity cereal you’ve never had!
