Beer Description
This tart Berliner Weisse was modeled after a Rye Smash. Brewed with rye, wheat, and Pilsner malts, it was aged in a whiskey barrel. The beer was then put back into a fermenter, dry hopped with Sorachi Ace hops, and finally conditioned on lemon zest and mint.
