Beer Description
The beer is exploding with flavors and aromas of Boysenberry ice cream, jam forward pinot noir, zippy Lime zest, whipped vanilla meringue and sticky hop resin.
For this unique brew we created a specialty grain bill and kettle soured it to the perfect level of tartness needed to accompany every other component of this beer. We added lactose and pungent Citra hops in the whirlpool before sending this off to ferment with an expressive, fruit forward yeast. Finally, we bombed it out with delicious Boysenberry purée, Madagascar vanilla beans, and fresh sticky Loral hops to make this Light Vision’s brew a dream.
