Beer Description
We designed a mash bill including a relative of hops, hemp seeds, to showcase the aroma with malts and hops that provide a tasty blend. In addition to the strawberry notes, the hops lend a bit of citrus. The hemp seeds add some nutty character.
We rubbed some hops from Nebraska Hop Yards/Midwest Hop Producers. One of the standouts was Cashmere. Intensity was apparent as we opened the package and all agreed the dank strawberry character was outstanding. We designed a mash bill including a relative of hops, hemp seeds, to showcase the aroma with malts and hops that provide a tasty blend. In addition to the strawberry notes, the hops lend a bit of citrus. The hemp seeds add some nutty character in the background.
