Beer Description
Brewed with Michigan ingredients, this beer has an earthy funk with notes of melon, citrus and spice.
As part of our Just MI Beer Series, this beer was brewed with local malts from Great Lakes Malting Co. featuring barley and oats from the Traverse City area. Local Hops from Hickory Creek Hop Yard & Hop Head Farms, and a unique yeast strain isolated from the Keeweenaw Peninsula. A truly authentic Michigan Saison.
