So Purdy Good IPA is a southern take on a NE IPA and it is brewed with Idaho 7 and Azacca hops. This recipe utilizes pilsner and caramel malt plus oats. The dry hoping schedule had hops added both during fermentation and after. Why travel all the way up North when you can sit back and enjoy this juice bomb down South!
