Beer Description
Dear Brittany, is a love letter to the cider and orchards of Coastal France. Using some of the same bittersweet apples traditionally grown there, such as Muscadet de Lense and Marie Menard, this cider was fermented using only wild yeast and keeved in the traditional method. Dear Brittany is re-fermented in the bottle.
