Beer Description
A tip of the hat to our brewing heritage, Pollo Rojo harkens back to a recipe we used to brew at Dempsey’s in Petaluma, CA. The bold malt flavors of caramel and lightly toasted bread are perfectly balanced by the classic pine, grapefruit, and spice of Cascade and Chinook hops. A true example of the yin and yang that are hops and malt, one sip will take you through the entire spectrum of beer flavors.
