Named after an old cider mill that Jack Sr. and Steve Sr. used to bring their cull fruit to in the days before pick-your-own began. This cider is produced from 4 select heirloom varieties of apples, and makes for a very well-rounded cider with a deeper color and a little more complexity than our standard bone dry!
