A robust porter with just a touch of coffee acidity to cut through the malt bill, creating a rich melange of roasted flavors
We decided to combine our two favorite cold-weather fighting salves into one delicious beverage designed to help keep the winter at bay. Using our base porter recipe, we upped the inherent roastiness by steeping our porter in some freshly-roasted Ethiopian Heirloom coffee from Four Letter Word. With their powers combined, we give you the Coffee Bridgeporter, a robust porter with just a touch of coffee acidity to cut through the malt bill, creating a rich melange of roasted flavors
