Beer Description
Hopped with Columbus, Sabro and Mosaic
Brewed in collaboration with our friends @dryandbitterbrewing from Copenhagen, this is a day dream of an IPA for sipping on when you’re head’s in the clouds. Pours hazy tangerine in color, with white foam. Dank citrus aromas with hints of tropical tiki blowing in, flavors of creamy mimosa and piña colada, but definitely dry (& bitter). Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats and wheat. Fermented with our house blend of American and English ale yeast. Hopped with copious amounts of select Oregon Columbus, newcomer Sabro and Mosaic in both whirlpool and dry hop.
