The birthplace of Jasmine teas brings us an incredibly aromatic green tea, featuring hints of rose petals and cooling melon. This medium-bodied tea makes a great summertime kombucha, and is one of the backbones of the KBBK lineup. After fermentation Jasmine Green keeps its floral power and delivers a naturally sweet and fruity ‘buch. Easy drinking and great over ice. Best for: Primary or secondary fermentation Kombuchman’s Tip: Great for adding a floral note to any mixed-tea kombucha blend, this tea converts many who are unfamiliar with fermented teas.
