Beer Description
On the long forgotten banks of the Erie Canal lie the remnants of the village of Tadmor. This once bustling town was the epicenter of transportation until the great flood of 1913 destroyed everything that was Tadmor. For over a century this ghost town has been lost to the history books and only ruins remain. Visitors often experience an eerie sensation when visiting the ruins after dark, some even say its haunted. We brewed this doppelbock and aged it in bourbon barrels as an ode to all those from Tadmor, may they never be forgotten.
