Beer Description
We love blackberries and we love sours. We were wondering, what flavor would pair well with blackberry, plus the tartness of a sour? We conjured up a dessert inspired brew from blackberry lemon bars. This kettle sour uses all natural blackberry puree, lactose, lemon peel, and organic lemon oil to create the delicate balance of amazing flavors. Clocking in at 6.6% ABV, the flavors and effervesce play great together in this crushable sour.
