Beer Description
The base beer is a saison, brewed with rose hips, hibiscus, and cherry juice, then aged in a chardonnay barrel. Indians, the other entry, got a little funky in the barrel. Cowboys didn’t, prompting the two releases. Poking fun at the perception that Nebraska is still like the wild west, they dubbed these two Cowboys & Indians.
