Beer Description
Soft malty sweetness , followed by a mild pine and citrus nose then completed with a dry grapefruit skin like finish.
For this brew session, we took on an old school recipe and put a new school spin on it. The goal was to make a classic WEST COAST STYLE DIPA with a dry grapefruit skin type finish. We did not want to make the standard hazy style beer for this collaboration , instead we made something more authentic to the styles we loved, respected and drank over the past 10 years like HBD, OG DUET, Pliny, Etc…

“Goin back to Cali” : A classic west coast style double IPA with an east coast twist. Re-fermented with Gewurztraminer grape juice then dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic, this 9% beer starts with soft malty sweetness , followed by a mild pine and citrus nose then completed with a dry grapefruit skin like finish.
