Beer Description
Kettle Sour Beer with Pineapple and Chinese Tea: Brewed with Jing-A Brewing in Beijing. We brewed a simple base beer with barley and wheat, soured it before fermentation, and then added an oolong tea from Townshend’s called Iron Goddess of Mercy as well as pineapple puree. The combination of flavors is meant to land somewhere between a delicate dessert and a contemporary kombucha-type tonic. Very light, flavorful, and sour and refreshing!
