Beer Description
In the days before Prohibition, Cream Ale was the preferred beer style of the blue collar worker. Born + Raised is our nod to the Cream Ale originally brewed and enjoyed by Chicagoan’s. We added a dry hop to this clean and refreshing ale that has a slightly sweet malt body and undertones of corn that complement our signature house yeast flavor.
