Beer Description
A focus on vanilla marks a change from our typical fruit additions, but lends a sweet creamy profile that allows the best qualities of an IPA to shine through.
An American IPA brewed with loads of oats and wheat, and heavily hopped with some of our favorite American varietals. We aged this batch on an even larger addition of vanilla beans and carefully added lactose sugar in order to refine the body and mouthfeel. A focus on vanilla marks a change from our typical fruit additions, but lends a sweet creamy profile that allows the best qualities of an IPA to shine through.
