Beer Description
Yo Mr. White is a double IPA made with a combination of Two-Row malt and wheat, a similar body profile to a Belgian Witbier yet made with a California yeast to punch out this American DIPA style. This brew has been hopped with a combination of Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops to bring out a perfect balance of hop bitterness, big flavor, and aroma. This brew pays homage to the Breaking Bad character Jesse who would always address Walt as ‘Yo, Mr. White’, you know, out of respect.
